Dunlop SUV Tiresdunl

The figures and words embedded in most tire sidewalls gives the manufacturers name, the tire brand, the width of the tire, its aspect ratio between width and diameter, the construction of the tire, the rim diameter, speed rating, range load and other information. Dunlop SUV tires have the Dunlop Self supporting Technology embedded in them. This technology allows the tire to be driven even after a loss of tire pressure. This is done by incorporating certain special reinforcements into the makeup of the tire which allows the driver to continue to drive with low pressure. Quite often the driver is not aware of such conditions having arisen, and Dunlop recommends that a special tire pressure monitoring system be installed on such tires, so that the driver can reduce speed and also get the vehicle as soon as possible to an authorized service center to get the tire attended to. Such monitors are installed by vehicle manufacturers as original equipment if such a request is made by the customer.
